CaliforniaAlchemy products are intended for adults 21 years of age or older, or the applicable legal age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
Age Verification for Our Age Policy
All visitors must confirm they meet the minimum age requirement before browsing this site. Age and identity verification also applies at checkout and again at delivery, consistent with state regulations for cannabis and nicotine products — a valid, government-issued photo ID showing your date of birth is required at the time of delivery.
Why This Matters
Selling cannabis or nicotine products to minors is illegal and something we take seriously. If age verification fails at any step, the order will not be fulfilled.
Keep Out of Reach of Children
All products should be stored securely and kept away from children and pets, ideally in a locked cabinet or container away from food items they could be mistaken for.
Age Policy Enforcement
Our age policy applies to every order, without exception. Delivery drivers are trained to check identification, and any order where the recipient cannot produce valid ID showing they meet the minimum age will not be handed over.
Acceptable Forms of ID
A valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID is required at delivery, such as a driver license, state ID card, or passport. The name on the ID does not need to match the name on the order, but the date of birth must confirm the recipient meets the minimum age under our age policy.
Read the Full State Requirements
Our age policy is built around California’s statewide cannabis regulations. For the full legal text on age requirements and licensed retail, see the California Department of Cannabis Control.
